We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Accounts Clerk to join their finance team within a large-scale industrial operation.
  
This role offers a balanced position across both purchase and sales ledger functions, supporting financial accuracy and cash flow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices and managing purchase ledger activities
• Matching purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
• Preparing and supporting payment runs
• Raising customer invoices and maintaining the sales ledger
• Monitoring aged debt and supporting credit control
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an accounts payable, receivable, or finance assistant role
• Strong working knowledge of Sage accounting software desirable
• Experience within manufacturing or industrial environments desirable
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organisational and communication skills

Qualifications:

• AAT qualified or working towards preferred
