Mill Mechanics

We are working with a major client in the energy and industrial processing sector to appoint a Mill Mechanic for their plant site in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and mechanical servicing on plant equipment including gearboxes, conveyors, fans, and blowers.
• Replace worn components such as rollers, plow tips, bull rings, and liners.
• Maintain cyclone systems, dust collectors, rotary valves, and packaging lines.
• Assist with operation and setup of mills processing Barite, Bentonite, Calcium, and Marble.
• Maintain accurate records and report maintenance activity to the Mill Supervisor.

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in mechanical maintenance within an industrial or plant-based environment.
• Competent in the use of hand and power tools.
• Comfortable working in physically demanding conditions, including at height or in enclosed spaces.
• Committed to high safety and maintenance standards.
