E&I Engineering Lead

Wolviston Group is seeking a Lead E&I Engineer to join our client’s engineering function, delivering brownfield projects within the UK energy sector.
  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead E&I design across FEED and EPC stages
  • Ensure compliance with ATEX directives and hazardous area standards
  • Manage E&I budgets, schedules, and change control
  • Support technical reviews including HAZID/HAZOP
  • Provide team leadership and technical oversight
  
Candidate Requirements:
  • HNC (minimum), ideally a Degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng MIET) preferred
  • Strong background in brownfield oil & gas project delivery
  • Knowledge of ATEX, hazardous area classification, and instrumentation systems
  • Proven team leadership and client interfacing experience
