Construction Supervisor

We are delighted to be recruiting for our client, a leader in the chemical manufacturing sector, for an experienced Construction Supervisor with a strong background in hazardous environments. This is an opportunity to join a technically strong and well-supported team, contributing to ongoing investment projects on a live COMAH site. The position offers real impact – from lifting operations and contractor management through to commissioning and handover.
  
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site construction and lifting operations in a COMAH environment.
• Develop and review RAMS, SSOW, and lift plans.
• Lead safety briefings and ensure compliance with LOLER, CDM, and PSSR.
• Manage subcontractor performance and resource planning.
• Oversee site quality inspections and assist with commissioning and handover.

Requirements:

• HNC/HND or equivalent in Construction or Engineering.
• Experience in site supervisory roles within oil, gas, or chemical sectors.
• CSCS Gold Supervisory Card, CPCS A62 (Crane Supervisor), NPORS, IPAF, SSSTS/SMSTS.
• Strong leadership, communication, and safety management skills.
