What You’ll Be Doing

· Managing shipments across road, sea and occasional air freight.
· Preparing, checking and managing import and export documentation.
· Supporting customs entries and ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations.
· Monitoring changes to customs requirements, commodity codes and trade agreements.
· Working closely with internal teams, including Production, Quality and SHE, to support site operations.
· Maintaining accurate records and system data, supporting reporting and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
· Experience working with logistics providers and managing shipments to customers.
· Background in logistics, supply chain coordination or international shipping (industry and transport mode flexible).
· Understanding of import/export processes and customs compliance.
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Confidence working with systems and data (SAP experience advantageous).
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
· A practical, proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

What’s In It for You?
· A hands-on role within a well-established manufacturing business.
· Exposure to international logistics and regulated supply chain environments.
· The opportunity to embed on-site and transition into a longer-term role.
· Supportive team environment with clear responsibilities and structure.
