About the Role As a Account Co-ordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring customers receive an exceptional service from first enquiry through to delivery. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and customers, you'll manage projects with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism helping to maintain and grow valuable long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities - Manage customer communication throughout each project, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and updates
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and requests
- Prepare accurate estimates using the EFI Radius system, identifying cost-effective production methods that meet customer requirements
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to specifications
- Handle customer complaints with care and efficiency, seeing each case through to resolution
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintain accurate documentation and correspondence in line with company procedures
- Support colleagues within the team to deliver the best outcomes for customers and the business
- Meet and greet visitors, manage calls, and assist with general enquiries when required
What We're Looking For - Proven experience in a customer service or account coordination role, ideally within a manufacturing or packaging environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and supplier capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
- Good working knowledge of EFI Radius and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Positive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement
