Wolviston Management Services are delighted to be supporting our client in the search for several Manufacturing and Packaging Operators to join their growing Production Team.
 
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and the achievement of production targets.
 
What You'll Be Doing

• Participate in all aspects of the manufacturing and packaging process.
• Weigh, pack, and label finished goods ready for despatch.
• Carry out a variety of manual handling tasks, including lifting equipment and products up to 25kg.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and hygienic workplace, adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
• Take responsibility for your designated work area, contributing to the overall cleanliness and organisation of the plant.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and operational discipline.
• Ensure product quality by following established manufacturing practices.

About You

• Previous experience within a production, packaging, or manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work effectively within a team.
• Commitment to health, safety, and maintaining high workplace standards.
